Although it can be worrying when you have approved a fraudulent transaction there are some steps you can take quickly to protect your account:
- Freeze your card within the App under the ‘Card’ tab
- Contact us via in-app messaging and we can help you raise a dispute and can stop and replace your card.
Use your App transaction history to check which transactions are fraudulent, we will need the date / time, amount and merchants name and a description of what happened to raise the dispute.
We try to help you spot these things quickly and easily through push notifications where enabled so you can track transactions as they happen. This requires push notifications to be enabled and you can review your preferences in the settings of your phone.
