In the app
If you still have access to the Zing App, talk to us using the chatbot. Type the word ‘bug’ to wake up the Zing bot and follow the prompts on screen.
If we need further information from you we will send you an in-app message.

Use our request form
If you don’t have your device to hand, or the bug is stopping you being able to access the app you can use our request form.
If we need to contact you about the bug or issue we will send you an email to your registered email address. Please include your full name and the email address you used to register for your Zing account so we can find you easily.
To help us squash the bug as quickly as possible please be as detailed as you can, including a screenshot or recording if you have one.
Your security is very important to us. Our messaging and request forms are secure but please don’t give us your full personal, account or security details in your message including in any screenshots you attach.
