We’re sorry to hear your iPhone is lost or has been stolen. We’re here to help. Apple Pay is a very secure system and every transaction will be asked for your Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
Mark your iPhone as lost
If your iPhone is lost or stolen you can ‘Mark as Lost’ on another device with the same iCloud account. Log into your 'Find My' application or go to iCloud.com/find.
On another device:

Open the 'Find My' app and choose the Devices tab or the Items tab.

Select your missing device

Scroll down to ‘Mark as Lost’ or ‘Lost Mode’ and select ‘Activate’
On iCloud website:

In ‘Find Devices’ on iCloud.com select your lost or stolen device

Click ‘Mark as Lost’

Follow the instructions.
Erase your device
Note: When you erase your device, all of your information, including all cards for Apple Pay, will be deleted from the device.
How to erase your device:

Open the ‘Find My' app and choose the 'Devices tab’

Select the device you want to erase remotely

Scroll down and choose ‘Erase This Device’

Select ‘Erase This [device]’
If you still have access to the app, you can freeze your card which will stop Apple Pay from working. You can contact us using the in-app messaging service if you need help with this.
If you don’t have access to the app, please contact us via email we can remove Apple Pay from your account.
