How do I update my marketing preferences?

You’re in control of your marketing preferences. Edit these at any time in the Zing app.

Here’s how to update your preferences: 

1. Open Zing and log in the usual way
2. Tap the profile button in the top left hand corner of the screen
3. Tap ‘Security and privacy’
4. Tap ‘Marketing preferences’
5. Select or unselect the channels depending on your preference
6. Tap ‘Save’ to confirm your preferences

If you no longer have access to the Zing app and would like to unsubscribe from marketing emails, you can do so by following the link at the bottom of any marketing emails you receive.
