How do I set up my PIN?
When you order your physical card, you’ll be prompted to set your preferred PIN. If you skip this step a PIN will be automatically generated for you.
How do I view my PIN?
- Open the app and tap ‘Card’ on the bottom banner of the app
- Tap ‘View PIN’
- Verify your identity using biometric data or your passcode
How do I change my PIN?
You can change your PIN at ATMs that offer this service. Each ATM may do this differently, so please follow the steps carefully. Usually you will enter your card, enter your current PIN, which you can find in the Zing app, then go to PIN services to change your PIN.
If you have any issues when changing your PIN, try another ATM from a different bank. Please let us know the ATM provider you had issues with so we can look into this.
I’m replacing my old card, can I set a custom PIN for my new card?
Yes, you can set up a custom PIN while ordering a new card if your previous card was lost, stolen or you think it could be compromised.
If you don’t set a custom PIN, you will have a new PIN assigned to you. In the Zing app, tap on your card and enter your biometric data to view your new PIN.
I've blocked my PIN, how do I unlock it?
You can unlock your card in the Zing app.
Go to the ‘Card’ tab and you’ll see ‘Unlock PIN’. Tap and follow the instructions.
You’ll need to make a Chip and PIN transaction or unlock your card at an ATM.
