If your account falls into a negative balance we will block your card and send you a notification. Your card will be automatically unblocked if you add enough money to bring the balance of all wallets to zero or positive. You’ll need to top-up and you may need to move the money from your primary wallet into the wallet that has a negative balance.
Once your card has been unblocked, the image of your card within the app will change from frozen to unfrozen and you’ll be able to use your card moving forward.
