You can’t have the Zing app on a device that is jailbroken or rooted. If we identify you’re using a jailbroken or rooted device, we will restrict access to your account. We do this because we take securing customer data very seriously. These devices expose our members to a higher risk of data security breaches, malicious software being downloaded, and personal details being compromised.
