All of our account opening requests have to follow requirements set by the relevant regulators and national authorities. Sometimes, we decline applications that fail to meet these requirements. Our decisions may rely on automated means as part of processing applications.
If your application has been declined you’ll receive an email informing you of our decision. You can request us to review and reconsider this decision. You can do this within one month from the receipt of the email by sending an email to verifications@zing.me. This will give us the opportunity to gather additional information and ensure that any decision made is fair and transparent.
