All account and app functionality will continue to work as normal until 2 April 2025, so you can still transfer, spend or withdraw the money in your account.
After 2 April, any inbound payments or top-ups to your accounts will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender. If you have enabled auto top-ups, we will turn this off for you. You should make alternative arrangements to settle such payments.
If you have money in your account we recommend that you transfer it to an alternative account or use the remaining balance with payments. You will not be charged for converting other currencies held in your Zing wallets back to GBP.
Your account will then be closed on 22 May 2025. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the Zing app. We will send you a formal notice of termination at the relevant time.
We will inform you by email if there are any further changes to Zing’s product services moving forward.
