The only changes as of 2 April 2025 are that you’re no longer able to top up or receive inbound payments into your Zing account. Any inbound payments will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender. You can continue to transfer, spend or withdraw the remaining money in your account.
Outside of the above, the way we handle your queries doesn’t change. If you have an outstanding query with the ZingCare team, for example, a complaint, a payment dispute or a fraud claim we will continue to manage this as normal in accordance with our existing processes and procedures.
Ahead of the Zing app closing at 12.00pm (midday) BST on 22 May 2025, we will publish more information on how we will handle outstanding queries post closure.
