Sending and moving money from your Zing is usually instant. But this may take slightly longer depending on the currencies and intermediary banks involved.
If you've an outbound transfer pending, it will appear in your list of transactions. If you made an incorrect payment from your Zing account to another Zing account, it should bounce back quickly.
If your recipient has not received money and it hasn't bounced back to your account, please get in touch with our ZingCare team.
