There are a few reasons why you may get an error message when trying to send money. To narrow down these reasons make sure you’ve done the following:
- You've updated your Zing app to the newest version. We regularly update Zing to squash any nasty bugs and make improvements.
- You've a stable internet connection when making your payment.
- You've enough money in your wallet to make the payment.
- You're using the correct payment details of the recipient.
