You should check the following:
Check the details of the payment
Sometimes the retailer's name on your statement may be different to the retailer you bought from. Check the location and the date and time of the payment.
Check the payment is related to a subscription
This includes any potential free trials and scheduled payments you’ve made. You may want to contact the retailer or cancel these subscriptions to avoid further charges.
