Here are a few reasons why your email address isn’t being accepted during sign-up:
- Your email address is already in use
- Your email address has been partially used for the sign-up process. Go to the Zing app, log into your account and complete the sign-up process
- Your email address uses a domain we don't recognise. We recommend using a popular, secure domain such as Gmail or Outlook
