Here are a few reasons why your phone number may not be accepted during sign-up:
- You already have an account, so you need to log in rather than sign up
- Your phone number has been used previously to sign up for a Zing account
- Your phone number is using the wrong country prefix
If you’re having trouble receiving your one-time passcode (OTP) please check the following and try again:
- Your phone number is correct
- Your phone number receives international SMS messages
- Your phone isn’t on roaming mode
- Your phone has reception
