Unfortunately, we can’t cancel a payment that’s already been processed.
If you’ve sent money to an account that doesn’t exist or is inactive:
- Money will not be credited to this account
- If the account doesn’t exist, the payment should return to your account within a few days
- If the account is inactive, please ask the payee to contact their bank and request the money to be returned to you
If you’ve sent money to an active account:
- Money will be credited to this account
- If you know the payee, contact them and ask them to send the money back to you
- If you don’t know the payee, please contact the ZingCare team who can look into this for you
