How do I add money to my Zing account?

We have (as of 12.00pm (midday) BST on 2 April 2025) switched off top-ups and incoming payments which means you’re no longer able to top up or receive inbound payments into your Zing account. For more information, check out our article on why you can’t top-up your account.
