If you can’t add money to your Zing account it may be because:
- You’re not connected to the internet
- You’ve used the wrong card details (card number, expiry date, CVV)
- There’s not enough money in your bank account
- You’ve gone over the top-up limit – check our website or under Add money in the Zing app for the latest top-up limits
- You’ve exceeded your limit for the number of times you can add money in a particular period
- Your card issuer isn’t part of the 3D Secure Program
- You haven’t approved the transfer with your bank
