Sorry to hear you want to leave Zing, we’re sad to see you go.
Before closing your account, please consider getting in touch with our ZingCare team to see if there’s anything we can help you with or if there is any feedback you would like to provide, you can do this via in-app messaging.
If you’d still like to close your account, you can do this in the Zing app by following the instructions below:
- Open Zing and log in the usual way
- Tap the profile button in the top left hand corner of the screen
- Tap ‘Security and privacy’
- Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Close my account’
- Follow the prompts on screen
If you don’t have access to the app you can submit a request, choosing the Account Closure option.
Before closing your account, please keep in mind that we can’t reopen your account if you change your mind. We are developing a feature to reopen closed accounts in the future.
Your account must have a zero balance before it can be closed.
