How do I update my phone number?

You can change your phone number in the Zing app.

Here’s how to update your phone number:  

1. Open Zing and log in the usual way
2. Tap the profile button in the top left hand corner of the screen
3. Tap ‘Personal details’
4. Tap the pencil icon next to your existing number
5. Follow the prompts on screen to change your phone number

In order to change your phone number you’ll need access to the email account or phone number that you currently have registered with Zing. This allows us to carry out additional checks to make sure it’s really you who wants to make the change. 

We’ll send a one time passcode via email or text to you. You’ll have 60 seconds to input this to confirm the change. We do this to help protect you from fraud. 

If you don’t have access to the email account or phone number that you currently have registered with Zing, get in contact with us via in-app messaging.

There may be times you’re unable to update your personal details within the app. Where this happens, please contact the ZingCare team via in-app messaging and they’ll be able to help.

If you don’t have access to the app, you can send us an email to support@zing.me with your personal phone number and a good time for us to call you.
