If your phone is lost or stolen, use our contact form, select "My phone has been lost or stolen", and answer the accompanying questions.
When our ZingCare team has received your request, we'll temporarily lock your account for your security. To unlock your account, whether you have a new device or you've found your old one, send an email to support@zing.me and confirm your name, registered email address and mobile phone number. We'll get in touch to unlock your account.
