You can change your email address in the Zing app.
Here’s how to update it:
- Open Zing and log in the usual way
- Tap the profile button in the top left hand corner of the screen
- Tap ‘Personal details’
- Tap the pencil icon next to your existing email address
- Follow the prompts on screen to change your email address
In order to change your email address you’ll need access to the email account or phone number that you currently have registered with Zing. This allows us to carry out additional checks to make sure it’s really you who wants to make the change.
We’ll send a one-time passcode via email or sms to you for you to confirm the change. We do this to help protect you from fraud. You’ll receive confirmation that we have successfully updated your details once you have completed the steps required.
If you don’t have access to the email account or phone number that you currently have registered with Zing, get in contact with us via in-app messaging.
There may be times you’re unable to update your personal details within the app. Where this happens, please contact the ZingCare team via in-app messaging and they’ll be able to help.
