Access to your account is locked when you enter your passcode incorrectly three times. This is for your security.
From the app, follow the on-screen instructions to regain access. You'll receive a one-time password to your registered phone number and email address. You'll then need to record a short video selfie we can verify against the one you provided during your initial sign-up.
If you're having trouble with these steps, please send an email (from the email address connected to your Zing account) to support@zing.me. Please include your phone number and when best to contact you to unlock your account.
