For security reasons, you can only access your Zing account from one device at a time. This is to protect you and your account. You're only able to change your device once every 24 hours, this includes after selecting your device during account opening.
You’ll need to authorise a new device to access your account from it. Here’s how:
- Download the Zing app to your new device. Open it and tap 'Log in'
- Enter the email address registered with your Zing account
- Choose to receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) through your registered phone number or your email address
- Type the OTP you've received by email or SMS into your app
- Record a video selfie within the application
- Enter your existing passcode
