For security reasons, you can only access your Zing account from one device at a time.
You’ll need to authorise a new device to access your account from elsewhere. Here’s how:
- Download the Zing app to your new device. Open it and tap 'Log in'
- Enter the email address registered with your Zing account
- Choose to receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) through your registered phone number or your email address
- Type the OTP you've received by email or SMS into your app
- Record a video selfie within the application
- Enter your existing passcode
