How do I access my Zing account from a new device?

For security reasons, you can only access your Zing account from one device at a time.

You’ll need to authorise a new device to access your account from elsewhere. Here’s how:

1. Download the Zing app to your new device. Open it and tap 'Log in'
2. Enter the email address registered with your Zing account
3. Choose to receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) through your registered phone number or your email address
4. Type the OTP you've received by email or SMS into your app
5. Record a video selfie within the application
6. Enter your existing passcode
