If the transaction is still pending after 8 days and/or the balance has not returned to your account, get in touch via our in-app messaging service. Please include the following transaction information:
- A short summary of what happened
- Date and time
- Amount
- Name of merchant/ATM
- Location of ATM
Please note that ATM queries can take up to 40 days to resolve.
