It can take up to 15 days for a merchant to deliver the goods or services you’ve paid for. Please make sure you’ve given the merchant enough time before contacting them to request an update or a refund.
If the issue still isn’t resolved, get in touch via our in-app messaging service. You'll be asked for the following information:
- A short summary of the transaction
- Date and time
- Amount
- Name of merchant
- Evidence of any communication with the merchant
