First of all, you should freeze your card to keep your account safe.
You should then report the fraudulent payment to our ZingCare team via our in-app messaging service by typing the word 'Fraudulent' into the messaging field.
You'll be asked for supporting information in order to help us investigate the transaction, for example:
- A short summary of what happened
- Date and time
- Amount
- Name of merchant
- Any supporting evidence
