If your transaction is pending
Please reach out to the merchant to cancel the transaction. Once they have confirmed the cancellation, allow up to 8 days for the money to return to your account.
If the transaction is completed
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel completed transactions. Please reach out to the merchant to request a refund.
In the event that you’ve already contacted them but they were unable to help and you'd like to dispute the transaction, get in touch via our in-app messaging service and provide the following transaction details:
- A short summary of the transaction and why you’re requesting it to be cancelled
- Date and time
- Amount
- Name of merchant
- Evidence of communication (e.g. screenshots of emails, support chat conversations in full)
