Getting my card delivered
Cards can take up to 10 calendar days to be delivered in the UK and Europe. Outside of Europe, delivery takes between 6 and 12 business days.
Card delivery can take longer due to public holidays or other factors like postal strikes.

Ordering a card for the first time
You can order your physical Zing card when you first set up your Zing account. If you chose a digital card and would like a physical card too, you can order one via the ‘Cards’ tab in the bottom banner.
Your first card and first replacement card are free. After that, replacement cards are £5.00 each. Please make sure there’s enough money in your GBP wallet to cover this cost before ordering a replacement.
What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived?
If your card has still not arrived, you can order a new card in the app. Go to the ‘Card’ tab on the bottom banner, click ‘Where is my card?’ and follow the instructions on the screen.
Please keep in mind that this would also cancel your current digital card and let you create a new one.
Can I track my card delivery?
We’ll send your card using normal delivery so it will not have a tracking number. If your card hasn’t arrived by the end of your estimated delivery date, please report the card as ‘Lost’. This will allow you to order a new card.

Can I order my card to a temporary address?
Yes, you can order your Zing card to a temporary address. Just let us know the full address you’d like your card sent to and we can help you with this.
Your main address linked to your account won’t change.
Please note, if you want your card to be delivered outside of the UK, it will be delivered using the express delivery option, this costs between £20-25. For more information, check out our article which covers all you need to know about express delivery.
I’m having trouble ordering my card
If you’re unable to request a physical card, please try the following:
- Check you have a strong and secure internet connection
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the Zing app
- Log out and log back in
