You can report a card that is lost, stolen, damaged or you think could be compromised in the Zing app.
Tap ‘Card’ in the bottom banner of the app and tap ‘Replace’ under your Zing card. This will open a new window where you can select what happened to your card.
You’ll be directed back to the ‘Card’ section where you can request a new card.
If you don’t have access to the app, use this form to report your card.
