Yes, you can order a new card directly in the Zing app.
Tap ‘Card’ on the bottom banner in the app and under the Zing card tap ‘Replace’. This will open a new window where you can select the reason for replacing your card. Options include:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Damaged
- No longer secure
Once your card is cancelled, you can order a new one by returning to the ‘Card’ section.
