In-app messaging
The fastest way for you to get help is through our in-app messaging service. You can access this at any time from the top left corner of the Zing app’s home screen. Our chatbot suggests helpful articles based on your questions. You can also choose to talk to an agent from our ZingCare team.

Submit a request
Our contact form helps you out when you don’t have an account with Zing, need to contact us about one of our members or you no longer have access to the Zing app.
Our form asks you a series of questions. These change depending on the drop-down you select in the form. Be sure to include your name and email address when completing it so we can respond as quickly as possible.

To protect you and your money, there are some things we can’t help you with by email. We can direct you to the best channel to resolve your query. This may mean giving you a call if you don’t have access to your Zing app.
Telephone
We don’t have a number you can call us on. But on occasion we may need to call you to resolve a query. If you’d like us to give you a call, please let our ZingCare team know.
We will always agree on a convenient time before calling you.
Complaints
Although we try our best to get things right, we know this may not always be possible. If you wish to make a complaint, please read this complaint article which explains everything you need to know. Please be aware, our complaints team are available Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm GMT.
