Location services help us validate that the address you gave as part of your application is where you reside. Here are a few tips for a smoother application:
- Be physically at the address you gave for your application.
- Note that location services are connected to your mobile carrier and device.
- Turn on your location services.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Select an app and turn on/off Precise Location.
- Android: Go to Settings > Personal > Location access. Turn on ‘Access to my location’.
